Meet with the manager and discuss your strengths as a leader and how your previous experience will apply to the atmosphere of the particular store. Often times the hire is within the company as regular employees will be promoted to a shift leader position if the manager feels the shift if appropriate.
Tell them about yourself and how you’re a leader. Give them examples and you should get the job. It really isn’t a difficult interview. Will the one I’m working at wasn’t difficult. Good luck!
Scheduled me for one interview to meet in person. Asked basic questions such as what was your past Dunkin experience, strengths and weaknesses. Got a call back 24 hours later
Easy questions about transportation and timeliness. Interview went well and they asked about goals in the company and why you are an asset to the team and how you can contribute.
