I applied online. The Professor called me and asked me about my research background in detail. After a week or so I was sent an offer letter. I accepted it.

One day interview. Met with PI for breakfast, followed by one-on-one meeting with lab members, lunch was pizza (ugh!). Seminar was 45 min, with Q&A after that. Lab members were friendly.

Most questions were related to the science / research I had conducted as a PhD student.

Entrevista
I had a 20-minute interview with the two supervisors on the phone. They alternated asking me questions about my prior work experiences and education. Then they asked if I had any questions, and answered all of mine. At the end of the interview, they said that they were going to review the applicants' and their abilities, and possibly schedule an in-person interview to finalize their decision. However, a few weeks later I received a call saying that I was offered the position, with no additional interviews.
