Entrevista
I enjoyed meeting with the manager. The opportunity to shadow the nurses working there was encouraging and helpful. The environment was encouraging. The experience of being sought after as a worthy candidate was a breath of fresh air.

The recruiter advised I think of times in the past where I participated in Team work. She suggested reviewing experiences of practicing Integrity or techniques I have employed to manage conflict. Think about steps you have taken to embrace diversity. Consider examples of excellence from your past - positive feedback, instances of above and beyond compliments. Have there been any instances of safety situations? How did you handle it?

Interview was more of telling about your experience. Interviewed by 2 people. They were appropriate and professional. I was interviewed outside of US as an International Nurse. Took about 20-30 minutes to finish.

Entrevista
The interview process up to now has been excellent. There was an open house for the facility in my town. The nurse managers were available to answer questions to candidates and interview on the spot. That was very successful. I was called back for a second interview and to shadow an employee for 2-3 hours, to make sure that this was what I really wanted, then I was interviewed again. I still haven't been hired, but I no that the job is mine.
