They have unpaid on-call hours and sales expectations that are tied to performance review. As other reviewers have mentioned, sales requirements were not explicitly mentioned in the job role, but the person interviewing me confirmed that this is a "secondary" expectation.

Entrevista
I applied for the position and then had to complete two basic assessments required to move on to the next step. I then got a call about a week later to set up an interview. I had the interview with two supervisors and they were awesome. They made me feel comfortable answering the questions and talked with me about my experiences instead of just writing down my answers and moving on. I got a call less than a week later that I got the position.
