Phone interview with senior managers then brought in for a group interview with senior managers and two ADs. Seemed to be a pretty typical interview process for this type of job. However, one of the ADs seemed to have a problem with me taking off from my career in the past to care for my kids. He asked if I was planning to do that again and pointed out that his wife had kids and didn't take off from her job.

Pretty simple. It was one person, though there could have been more. Moderate questions were asking about "tell me a time when." The first question was tell me about yourself so I was able to lead the conversation and there weren't too many asked afterward.

Formal process for interviewing. Two interviews with leadership. Broad range of questions about work history and job responsibilities that I had previously. This area of work is constantly changing so they verbalized about need to understand the work to be done and potential challenges in the next year. Overall positive experience, pleasant people to work with and growth in career. Work is interesting and allows for job flexibility.
