The interview process start with a call from HR explaining about the company and your role.
Then an interview link was shared, consisting of the 5 questions using the hacker rank platform.
The interview coding round was very long and they limit the time to 8 hours, I completed that in 6 hours(after working non-stop).It got tired, I seriously got tired working on those problems on a weekday.
I completed all the question, among those two were the programming questions in which I cleared all the test cases. But still, my feedback was "unfortunately at this stage we cannot proceed further." I literally got shocked after reading the HR talent acquisition team email.
I completed all the question and all were covering all the test cases before submitting, then why the hell I was rejected.
I asked for the feedback again and the reason for not getting selected for the next round. Then HR replied me that the Techincal manager rejected me because there were some flaw in the code.I seriously did not find it worth to spend so much of time investing in writing those code without any error and then getting a reply like this.
I think they should respect the time of an individual and share an additional document with the information contaning, if they are looking for something else a part from problem solving.
The fact is there were many candidates for this position, so they were filtering the candidates for any random reasons.
The interview questions were not difficult in solving but it was lengthly. (So, I rated it difficult)
