Confused and disorganized could be the title of this interview. Talked with a recruiter who failed to mention this was a startup. If i had known this up front would not have wasted my time. The company seems confused as to what they wanted. They asked for a Senior Linux Engineer with experience but what they really wanted was someone to cover a customers location with Windows. The first engineer I talked with seemed to be somewhat normal and reasonable. Then comes the full interview process was a 3+ hour video conference that I nearly skipped due to that fact. I say skip this place unless you are desperate.
