Applied online, after about 3 weeks got a phone interview from a guy in the engineer group. brief intro for the company and the duties of the position, nice talking, asking about some basic DSP knowledge and questions concerning my previous projects. Then arranged for an on-site interview 1 week later. 3 persons involved in the interview, one from HR and two from engineer group. No too difficult questions, just some basic questions about the background, skills, projects, etc.
