Phone interview by HR went well, few days later was scheduled for a interview with district managers. Arrived at salon for interview came 15 minutes early, was told to come back at my scheduled time. I found that rude. Came back interviewers were running late, no were to sit because product was spread all over the seating area, was told to sit on a dirty window ledge. District managers were unprofessional and inexperienced. A lot of negative things happened in the interview, was asked ridiculous questions, asked if my age would affect me working long hours? I’m in my 40’s Was also asked if I could fix electrical and plumbing so salon could save money? Lots of negatives in this experience not enough characters on Glassdoor to express. In my 20plus years of experience in this industry, this was by far the most unprofessional experience I have encountered in a very long time. Would not recommend if you are a season professional.. Drybar has a very high turnover rate, it’s obvious why, poor upper management.
