Met with the CFO, Department Leader, then my future Manager. Despite not having clinical research experience I presented an open attitude to learning about clinical research and confidence with my affinity for technology

The first round was a phone interview with the recruiter at the company. I was approved to continue on to an in-person interview. I arrived early, buzzed in via the door security and arrived on the 5th floor. I was greeted, signed in, and was taken on a tour of the workspace. Then I was brought to a conference room, and met with 6 different people for about half an hour each. These employees held different roles within the company with differing lengths of employment, and asked me about my experience, my interest, and what I can bring. They also gave me some potential situations I might find myself in, and how would I resolve those situations. After the 6th person, I was walked to the exit. Everyone was very cordial and enthusiastic about my potential joining.
