An exceptionally phenomenal and super efficient hiring experience. This was probably the best hiring experience I've ever had. It took ONLY 3-4 days, from the initial screening call, to reach the final interview. Everyone I spoke to, they were simply wonderful and reinforced why I wanted to work at Drop, in the first place.
I reached out to the recruiter, Alex, through LinkedIn. By the next day, I had a great screening call with him. Alex has been truly exceptional throughout this entire process. He is what a recruiter should be. He embodies all the great qualities and traits of a recruiter.
The next day, I met with the manager, Chris, and knew within the first few minutes of speaking to him, that Drop was where I wanted to be.
The day after, I met with 3 incredible members, Vidhi, Mik, and Paulo of the client experience team.
The day after this, for the final interview, I met with Leorah, who was superb.
All in all, it was a fast, efficient, and streamlined hiring experience. It showed that they cared and really wanted me to come on board. The interviews themselves, felt like speaking to friends, rather than rigid or robotic interview questions. It was very conversational, which is something I admired.
