This interview was for a trainee position.Started with two tests : Subjective and Objective. It included some basic newbie programmer's questions. Code was to be written on paper. Interview is only taken if one passes these two tests. They could have at least taken the interview. If one was not able to write code for pyramid pattern doesn't mean he's not a good programmer.
