I responded to an online ad by telepone. The owner answered and asked me some preliminary questions. He scheduled an interview with me the same day. I went in later that week. The office was casual and the owner was as well. The Interview went on longer than I had expected. The owner basically wanted to make sure I was good at managing time effectively.
