My recruiter was very pleasant and helpful. The overall process was also fairly swift. Overall I was interviewing for about 2 weeks with DriveWealth. First round was a call with the recruiter to talk about the company and role. Next was a take home exam with a 3hr time limit(React). After the take home assessment the next round was a technical interview with the hiring manager. We went over my assessment and also did some System Design. 1hr interview. After that was the final round. This was a behavioral with the CTO. 30 minutes introduction and a dive into my experience and then a few questions about backend practices. I was told the role was predominantly frontend. After the final round I received a generic “Unfortunately” email with no feedback or any information about my process. Not sure if it was a fake posting and they already had a candidate in mind or not but the fast process was refreshing. The hiring manager was very knowledgeable
