The interview process began with a phone screening, which focused on my background and availability. Afterward, I was invited to an in-person interview with the branch General Manager, where we discussed sales experience, customer service, and role expectations.

Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a customer’s hesitation or objection in order to close a deal. What steps did you take, and what was the outcome?

Entrevista
The interviewer from the jump was rude. I was told I did not have a personality, 10 minutes into the interview. All I did was answer the questions being asked of me. He still continued to interview me for a hour and a half. I’m not sure why he would do such a thing if my personality did not fit his needs. Overall terrible experience.

Entrevista
Unorganized, multiple interviews, poor backend communication, recruiters and stores have little knowledge of whats going on between the 2 dept.'s overall i beileve communication as what their desired employee should look like should be better communicated.
