The initial hiring process was at a hotel. Everyone was very nice and professional. They asked several questions about experience and what they thought I could offer. They also informed me that they take a lot of pride in academic experience coming from many different types of backgrounds.

Met with four managers, talked about my sales experience, had to show my skills as a salesman by selling a car to one of the managers and just talking to see if I fit in with the team.
