Met with the hiring manager and the CFO. Discussed roles and responsibilities, but no clear path for growth. Overall, company culture appeared encouraging, wish there was more opportunity for growth.

Had my first interview with the controller who clearly knew nothing about my resume. Didn't seem as though he cared to interview me. I still followed up on a second interview and HR scheduled something. When I tried following up after the 2nd interview, there was no response! HR lady's voicemail box was always full and she ignored my emails. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
