The recruitment journey involves five stages: initial screening by an HR headhunter, followed by a team manager discussion, two comprehensive technical assessments, and finally meeting with the International Director for strategic alignment.

The interview was mainly java related, They appreciate cloud and k8s experience as well nowadays. sql is basilar, there was a troubleshooting session on a vm.

Entrevista
The recruiter reached out to me and after a brief screening the interview process started. First with the hiring manager, then two interviews for technical assessments. Finally, a last interview with the head of support. The overall process took under two weeks, and was very professional and transparent. The interviews focussed, besides technical skills on cultural fit and I had a good feeling with everyone I talked to - friendly, approachable and truly interested in getting to know me as well as giving me an opportunity to getting to know them. It was a very positive experience.

Technical assessments were fair and based on the skills and experiences I noted in my CV; One assessment was hands-on live troubleshooting a JVM issue. Some behavioural questions as well as support procedures.
