I received an email from the VP of Operations, notifying me that a pre-screening interview link had been sent in a prior email. After thoroughly checking all inbox folders, including spam and archived messages, I was unable to locate that link. I followed up twice in good faith to resolve this issue and to ensure I did not miss this opportunity due to a technical or administrative oversight. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance or clarification, I was met with an automated rejection email. After experiencing this from top-level management, it is hard to imagine how dysfunctional and disorganized the entire company is. I would not even bother applying.
