First stage - Short Interview with basic questions Second stage - Technical Interview, scenario based Third stage - Culture based interview Both interviews were conducted by team members that would become direct reports to the successful candidate - I have not experienced this before and find it hard to understand how the company will bring in good leader/management skills by interviewing in this way.
