Applied to the position through a recruiter. First interview was with HR over Zoom and it was standard, "walk me through your resume". Had a second interview in person with the Assistant Controller and then the CEO. The Controller asked me to walk her through my resume and about skills relevant to the job description. She left and the CEO interviewed me separately. He asked me to tell him the story of my life starting from birth, what I wanted from the role, and what I thought about my previous boss. Didn't get an offer.
