Applied online, immediately took an online test, very easy by the way. Then they sent an email stating they wanted to do a phone interview. Very straight forward don’t look to much into the phone interview. Then a week later got an email saying they wanted a face to face. The only way to prepare is study your resume and go over STAR questions. I’m waiting on my phone call to see if I got the job. Crossing my fingers. Heard nothing but good things from DOW in seadrift Texas

I applied online, telephone interview took place 2½ weeks later. There was an on-site interview with a panel 3 weeks after my initial online application. It's now been 3 weeks since the on-site interview in Plaquemine. There's been no contact from Dow during these 3 weeks, but also no rejection, so there's still hope. Is this normal?
