I applied online and two months later, the group manager emailed me first and then called me to set up an onsite interview. Then I was brought to a meeting room and did a technical presentation for one hour. People asked questions. After that, I talked to another research leader. She asked me about the experience on my resume. After that, I had a lunch interview with a research leader, R&D director and the group manager. They asked me why I chose xxx university, what's my extracurricular activity, etc. Mostly behavior questions. After lunch, I was brought to the scientist's office and had an interview with the group manager and the scientist for that group. The scientist asked some technical questions. Finally, I was brought to another person in another department, who has cooperation with the group I was interviewing with. She asked me about the innovation, initiative thing. After that, I was sent to airport. It was a long day. Just be confident and get prepared, especially the achievements you completed before.
