Some of the questions asked did not give a good idea of my previous experience. Everyone that I met with were very nice, I did not hear back for nearly 2 weeks after the initial interview. By that time I was no longer interested in the position. I was also asked a salary question in my phone screen, told them my expectation and a completely different (lower) amount was mentioned in my face to face interview.
