I applied online, received an e-mail a week later to set up an interview. My interview was more of a conversation. I raved about Hilton and told them my goals. Interview lasted 40 minutes. They liked that I researched the company and came prepared.

It was a very in depth interview with specific questions from the HR manager as well as the Front Office Director. They wrote down your answers and asked hypothetical questions about different circumstances that may arise in the hotel business.

Greet the interviewer, he told me a little about the job, asked me to tell a little about myself, asked me to explain a time I had to deescalate a situation, then asked me did I have any questions, later explained next steps.

I saw an opening on the Hilton website for the position of the front desk agent. I’ve applied through the website, and also personally handed my Cv to the hotel I wanted to work. A week later got a call for interview. Went through the interview and after another week, started work.
