Long and informative, talked about all food outlets of the hotel. Talked about competition in the area and business plan acumen. Listed opportunities that they want to improve and talked about other areas of the hotel that they are interested in expanding to grow the F&B department. We went into depth about P&L and making major changes to the restaurant to provide better guest service.

Lengthy and very concise... Be prepared and have all your notes ready... Bullet point notations always help if you find yourself deviating off track. Take notes also, sometimes these notations will help during your negotiation stage.
