Was simple and pleasant. The interview was over the phone and consisted of describing the company and what they were looking for in an intern. Was a great offer, but I changed career paths.
Intern position at Double tree by Hilton Okinawa. Had to spoke Japanese all the time. I did Skype interview with HR director and front house manager. Asked me some usual questions such as why did you apply, did you have any other working experience, etc.
