The whole interview process was most odd. It was a total interrogation. I was hounded with very formal interview questions, with zero interest on getting to know me at all. After the 4th interview I was told I would need to meet the rest of the leadership team, so I was waiting to hear and arrange that meeting. I then never got to meet anyone else. I was the offered the position and then the owner got cut off from Zoom. I then didn’t hear anything for 2 hours when he said ‘sorry I got caught up in something’. I was left wondering for 2 hours what on earth was going on. I’d be offered the job but then didn’t hear anything about next steps or salary or anything. I rang and emailed but all I got was totally silence. The whole process was most bizarre and very disorganised. This was a big red flag for me. I did eventually accept the position, regrettably. Everything that was stated in the interview process was a lie. The job title and role was totally made up to get a bum on a seat.
