Makkelijk contact met vriendelijke recruiter.
Telefoongesprek met bijkomend voorstel om fysiek af te spreken.
Bij fysieke afspraak werd er dieper ingegaan op welke functie interessant zou zijn. Er werd meer uitleg gegeven over de interne opleidingen. Bovendien werd mijn CV besproken, alsook thesis etc...

Entrevista
A woman recruiter call me to set an interview, we agreed to have the call on certain date and time. Then when the day came I never had a call back I contacted her via LinkedIn to know if we can have either a phone call or an Skype call, no reply. Then 2 days later she replied that she was disappointed that I never answered her calls, I replied to her that I didn't have any calls and I tried to contact her via LinkedIn but I was disappointed that she didn't replied, then again she replied that she had the day off and she didn't had to be checking LinkedIn.
I am disappointed becuase I reserved the time and for her to blame me when she didn't call and refuse responsability are red flags on a recruiter person. Please keep in mind that the recruiters represents the company in the first place. I would not like to be working for a company with persons with this kind behavior.
