The interview process with Dosh happened in 3 stages: phone screen, video interview, on-site. The phone screen was as expected, with brief introductions, background, and expectations of the role. The video interview had a technical thinking portion as well as culture fit questions. On-site was a total of 4, 1 hour interviews with various people in the company, including - 1 technical interview, and 3 non-technical. I was kept in the loop by Dosh recruiters throughout the process, and given a hiring decision within 5 days of the final interview.
