i applied online, then had a phone call interview with a HR lady based in new york and i have one over zoom tomorrow with another person in HR. I got a few emails in between both interviews asking for my grades and my availability over summer

Not sure why they are deleting reviews but, flew to NYC without any compensation and the senior partner only asked 2 questions related to my resume experience-she had very little questions to follow up and it felt like she assumed I wasn’t telling the truth. Felt invasive/ belittling..I would also add that this corporation seems to only employ a certain demographic... Search for other firms in executive search besides Dore because these employees are not worth your time and effort. Absolutely not a good interview experience. HR team also seems like they are talking through you and are not personalizing the experience whatsoever. Super odd to have a call with HR before talking to an associate.
