Dopravo was looking for a UX/UI Designer for almost a 3 months. So, I decided to submit my application. They interviewed me 3 times. The 1st one was a HR interview, the 2nd one was a technical interview and I did well in both. Then the gave me an assignment and I did it in a very professional way. The assignment was not a regular one to show how I am thinking or something like that! It was for designing a full app!!! I came over myself and I did it. Afterwards, the called me for a 3rd interview to present my work and show them why I think on that way. I bit I did a very good job and they were impressed with my skills and my thinking about things. I introduced a new way to let the users deal with the app with almost a zero effort. Then, by a chance I knew my colleague also have the same experience like me with them! I saw her work it was impressive too! I told my story to my friend, and he was in a shock. He told me that he had an interview with them (he is a front-end engineer) and told me this is an already a running project for them! To sum up, they were want to collect the ideas from the designers only to implement them in their project. Until now they did not find anyone!! Huh, it is impossible :) Shame on you Dopravo
