Dissapointing and unprofesional process. Request for confidential info: DoorDash executives requested information about my current employer's salaries and benefits illegally. I respectufully expressed that I would be open to a fair negotiation should selected. Change of responsabilities: The originally discussed position changed significantly after the first interview, affecting the expected compensation. They wanted a manager for 3 times the originally discussed workload. Lack of communication: There was no communiction for two weeks after the first interview, despite requesting feedback. Rude tone: The response to my questions and objections was rude and dismissive. Lack of professionalism: The hiring manager spoke poorly about my current and previous employers, saying he usually inmediately discualify candidates from those companies despite having previously work for them.
