Matched with them through Angel List. Set up an interview via conversational email. The interview was a 10 minute phone interview with a Recruiter. Needless to say it was a very bad experience, probably the worst interview I have had. The recruiter mention her name and went straight into asking questions. Questions like Have you use our service, what positions you interested in. When it got awkward was the insistent of knowing every single detail of who I had interview with, the companies name, early stages of recruiting process, job offers. Most of the 10 minutes past in that section and never did they contribute in any way to the conversation. It was literally ask basic questions takes notes, and based on that simplistic interview they are suppose to determine if you are a good fit to the company or not, without any technical knowledge or actual two way conversation. They said they will contact in a week if there will be a second interview with a technical guy for 15 minutes. Wow that's a major upgrade. From 10 minutes to a 15 minutes of conversation with a technical guy. Simply disrespectful, to based the future of a company and their hiring process in such a fast pace stream line way.

coding online assesment virtual onsite. interviewers were professional and helpful. asked to deep dive on project. recruiter was responsive and could align with offer deadlines. was helpful with negotiations. coding problems were average difficulty.
Walking into the coding interview, I was taken aback when they asked about finding the K nearest restaurants based on coordinates. Just days before, I had stumbled on a mock on prachub.com that mirrored this question almost exactly. The interview felt straightforward, but I struggled with some behavioral questions. Overall, the experience was underwhelming; I expected more technical depth. After several rounds, they decided to go in another direction, which was disappointing given my prep efforts.
