The process began with a phone screening, moved onto a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, and then there was a case study/mock pitch. The whole process felt rushed and my questions were never directly answered. I got the impression that work/life balance was poor, and also that they were underpaying for the role. I did not feel my time and effort as a candidate was valued during the entire process. I would not have accepted an offer, but ultimately wasn’t given one anyway. I was, however, insulted by making it to the final round and spending several hours prepping a presentation just to be hit with a rejection from a no-reply email…

Recruiter reached out, we had interview and he asked basic questions. Afterwards, an offer to continue was made where you then speak to different managers. From there, you accept the position or not Salary transparency from the beginning.
