Terribly unorganized, the recruiter asked me to provide a project but refused to provide any feedback. Apparently this is company policy. After talking to 1 recruiter I moved to another recruiter then was set up to speak with the hiring manager. After the 2nd recruiter said they were moving forward with my application and asked me to do a project. After sending the project over the recruiter got back to me a week and a half later disclosing they will not be moving forward with my application and will not be providing feedback. I find it disrespectful to potential applicants to refuse to provide feedback after completing a project. With no option to present or discuss the project. I have spoke with my EEOC representative and will be moving forward with a lawsuit.
DO NOT INTERVIEW, especially if a recruiter asks you to apply over LinkedIn. Free labor scam they should be reported to a bureau. Asks you to do a ridiculous amount of work analyzing a customer level data file, demands it in 2 days even if you're employed just to reject. Someone should sue -- how is this legal? For interview difficulty where's the option for stupid? SAVE YOUR TIME
Started with Phone screen that was low key, typical walk me through your resume questions. Then SQL take home that was also straight forward. Then 2 interview rounds each consisting of 2 interviews

Make strategic recommendations based on the data set
Interview process included 3 rounds, including a recruiter screen, followed by a pretty time consuming take home assignment that was due within 2 days.
After that I had the 2nd round with the manager for the role and another senior team member. Did not move to final round, but it would have included 2 more interviews with a senior leader plus a cross functional partner. Overall it was a meh experience - they did not provide any feedback due to “company policy”
