Multiple interviews - recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, an extensive case study, and back-to-back virtual onsite interviews. After completing these steps, I was rejected without any feedback. When I pushed back and requested feedback, I was told it was “against team policy” to provide any feedback. At this point I had spent countless hours preparing, interviewing, and doing free work in the form of a delivered case study.

I have applied through LinkedIn. Got call from local recruiter and informed me about next steps. Got take home assignment regarding data from delivery. After submitted this assignment I have got the next round with department director. Asked me about some behavior question and situation based question.
