I applied for the job and then the recruiter contacted me a few days later to book an initial phone screen (standard timing and process). 30 minute phone call with the recruiter and all was well, seemed excited to get me to the next round. She said that I would be hearing from her within the next day to get my 2nd round interview booked. She didnt respond but a different person emailed me and booked the 2nd round interview. All is well and good - 2nd round interview was 3 - 30 minute interviews with 3 different managers. I was actually grateful that they were just going to "knock it all out" at once vs dragging it into a 3rd interview. The interview went great, I got great feedback and they told me I would hear from them within a week (my interview was mid-week). The end of the following week goes by.... no word from them. I follow up with recruiter, she says they are making a decision soon. Then she asked if I had any other offers and timelines I needed to meet. IMO - that is a good sign to get an offer because they don't want to lose you. Well, I was wrong. After following up about 2 weeks after my interview when I STILL hadn't heard from anyone I got an automatic message saying that they were going a different direction. I was 100% qualified for this role and I don't normally say things like that. Anywho, I think they are a great company that probably has great people but their interview process is BAD. I also emailed back asking for a better reason as to why I was not selected..... yet to hear back (shocking).

So far so good. They move quick and are very clear upfront how it is going to go and what you can expect. they gave me the breakdown of the role and what I need to do to be successful
