Had a call with the hiring manager, who appeared to be disinterested and concluded a scheduled 30 minute call in less than 15 mins. Next was the technical round - Case Study + SQL coding : The interviewers seemed busy and not particularly friendly during the interviews. They had a lot of questions in each section, I was able to correctly answer 90% of the questions (I got this sense from the way the interviewers confirmed that the answers made sense and we got a chance to cover all the questions in each round). I had a couple other offers and had told the recruiter if it were possible to rush through the process. Recruiter was nice enough to advance the technical round. But after the technical round, recruiter didn't reply despite my couple of emails asking for the decision from the technical session. I still don't understand the way recruiting teams at some of the companies work.
