The interview process was as follows:
1. Phone Call
2. Analytics Exercise
3. Round 1 - Face to Face Interviews
4. Round 2 - Face to Face Interviews
5. Final Conversation - Zoom Interview (if not based in US)
Pros
The process itself was rather smooth and quick. Nice blend of technical and behavioural assessments. Overall the process was pretty fun and engaging, providing plenty of insight into the role and the company. Shout-out to the team who were incredibly flexible, bright and very open. They also personally called to provide tailored feedback at the conclusion of the process regardless of the result.
Possible Cons
Rather intensive process (though depends on the candidate because it can be pretty fun!)
Lots of rounds!!!
Zoom Interview may have inconvenient times (depending on time zones)
Cons
Lack of feedback in between rounds (may have enabled candidates to better show their skills and prepare). Analytical exercise is quite long (requires you to define the scope) and may be inconvenient for those who may not have the time on their hands.

Easy..they let me pick a scheduled zoom call via an online scheduler. The interview lasted about 30 min..it was a basic “tell me about a time question” kind of interview

Need a background in data analytics to understand the 1st round interview. There is a take home assignment. Knowing business analytics and how to pull information from obscure sources. Overall not too bad but can be confusing.
it was behavioural question, asked about previous job, few problem solving question. it was only half and hour interview, and show them you you are energetic. finally they give make there decision in 2 days
