Started with an HR interview. Afterwards, there was a coding exercise with the engineering manager. Then I flew out to their office. I had 4 separate interviews. First was on engineering values. Very behaviorial. Second was a whiteboard/computer coding exercise. There was a break here to have lunch and talk to the engineering manager. He seemed more interested in the company's growth and stock than working on the tech. Third was a coding exercise on adding onto existing code. The interviewer here was very smart, but did not speak a lot of English. She was the kind of person who was only looking for her answers, not the correct answer. The last was a system design question. It was more of a question on data structures. No system design. The interviewer kept telling me to stop thinking in Java, but the end result was to reimplement a Java data structure. At the end, it seemed like the office was filled with people who didn't speak much English and were not passionate about what they were doing. They were very smart though.
