I applied online and was contacted by email to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. I had a 30 minute call with the recruiter where she explained the role and asked me to describe my experience. She told me during the call that she'd set up another phone interview with me. I had a 45 minute call with an HR Lead in AZ a few days later. That was a more informal discussion of my experience and the role. I had a third phone interview 4 days later. After that, I waited a week and was asked to come onsite for an in-person interview. Throughout the process, the recruiter was great about keeping me up-to-date on the timeline. My in-person interview was with 4 people (separately) (one by video). After that interview, the recruiter gave me general feedback and told me the timeline of when they would make a decision. I received an offer a week after my in-person interview.
