The interview process was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, which gave me a terrible impression of the company and its managers. The hiring manager reached out to me via email to get my availability for a phone interview. He ended up being late for the interview, which had to be rescheduled. During the interview he was abrasive and rude, asking me the same question over and over again, almost as if to shame me into thinking that my answer was inadequate. (He would sigh exasperatedly and say "Again, I'm asking you WHY. Like WHY do you want to do this.) The hiring manager could not answer any specific questions about the product he was working on or about the specific role that was open.
