Phone screening with the Senior Recruiter. Ashley was warm and bubbly. She genuinely got me excited about the position. Although the screening was brief it left a strong, positive impression. Later that week I came in for an in person interview with two individuals, one from HQ and one from the local team. Ashley was very sweet even with me getting lost. She came out in the heat to track me down and help me find the building. Both of the gentlemen were very professional and embodied the DoorDash culture. I left that interview KNOWING I wanted to be a part of this team. Ashley and I kept in contact and it was only another couple of days before an offer was made. The process was really very seamless and the best interview experience I have had by far.

The interview process was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Starting with the initial phone screen with Ashley, I felt that I was warmly welcomed and they were eager to learn about me, and see if I fit into the company well. Overall, it was an amazing experience and one of the best interviews I have had thus far into my professional career.
