I knew I didn't want to continue with the process within the first 5 minutes of the hiring manager interview. Very unprofessional. The hiring manager expressed that some of the team members lack some basic knowledge that required for the job, and the others have too many years of experience with outdated practice. This was the first sign of lack of leadership. The other questions emphasized the chaotic process that the team follows and the care for quantitative prodction over quality. Well I wasn't interviewing to be a vendor. Aside from being few minutes late with no apology, so many thing was wrong with interview. Dear Doordash, please train some of your team lead on how to conduct professional interviews.

The HR team was terrible, they totally messed up the process. There was always wrong information gave to tge interviees, which caused the bad interview result. I would recommend to think about change the HR if you want to growth the gcompany.
