DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH DOORDASH. DoorDash is receiving tons of free labor from people they 'interview." The recruiter said that my experiences aligned "super well" with the job and that she was feeling "really great" about my chances. Do not be fooled. They are just trying to get you to do free labor for them. The recruiter gave me a take-home assignment that she said would take "a couple hours." It was not at all possible to complete the assignment in even close to 2 hours. I spent 16 hours on it (my Saturday and Sunday) and then got an automated rejection on Tuesday stating that "it is against our company policy to provide specific feedback." I followed up with the recruiter to ask how I could have improved the assignment and got ghosted. Do not be fooled. They are just trying to get you to do free labor for them. Don't do the assignment and end the interview process with them. Many other interviewees have had the same experience with DoorDash. Enjoy your freetime -- don't give unpaid hours of your life that you will never get back to a company that doesn't care about you.

Had a phone screener with a recruiter who very clearly did not want to be there and just asked typical generic questions about my background, communication styles, etc. Was given a take home case study and short SQL exercise and given 48 hours to return it (which I spent most of my weekend on) only to receive an auto reject email two days later. I did not get to speak to the hiring manager or anyone on the team I applied for.
