There was a phone screen, then I came in for an in depth interview which took about 4 hours. They told me I should hear from them in a few days, but I didn’t hear back or even get a response when I sent a thank you email. Finally about 3 weeks later I got a generic rejection email that wasn’t even filled in with my name, it just said {insert application name} or something ridiculous like that.
