I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience, I went through the interview process and was given an offer from Sarah Bdr manager. Asked her if I could have till the following Monday to decide yes or no. I follow up on Monday morning to accept the offer and then was told they gave the position to someone else. Why say it’s ok to give you an answer in a couple days then give the job to someone else? Incredibly unprofessional and do not recommend. 2 interviews. First with Sarah bdr manager then with VP Patrick. Not a difficult interview at all. Basic questions. Very unstructured and no direction. I had to lead the interview. Speaking to Patrick he kept mentioning that I’ve hired people with more experience than you. Very openly mocking his own company saying the non profit sector was filled with bad people and Patrick often use foul language during the interview. Mind you this is the son of the owner of the company. You would expect better. Overall waste of time and dysfunctional organization, they payed off their bdr team twice in the last 5 years. I may has dodged a bullet here. Do your self a favor and just stay away.
