Informal interview was made in private environment. There were no formal description or guidelines but only asking capability to take the job. Applicant has least chance to know the working environment. Salary, work compensation, benefit, vacation details were not explained. The atmosphere more like dictating everything by top administrators. No contract details was offered neither. It was very unorganized process.
