There was a panel of experienced representatives from around the mill. They were patient, concise, and courteous. It was a very relaxed process, almost like a discussion with friends. Even when they asked questions that were outside my knowledge base that I could not answer, the panel showed no frustration and never made me feel uncomfortable.
